The “Cantina di Remo” is a 10-hectare farm placed around Ferrazzano, Mirabello Sannitico and Gildone, three little towns in the province of Campobasso, in Molise.

It ia s family-run business that produces olive oil, cereals and wine.

The wine cellar is managed by the son Roberto De Stefano, an enologist. He wanted to implant again the ancient wine variety, the Tintilia, and let it grow just where it was cultivated one time. The company wants to specialize in the production of this wine.

The first Tintilia wine bottle (grape harvest 2009) has been called “Uvanera” (black grapes) and has been improved for a long time in steel containers and bottles.

The result has been a full and soft wine with an intense red colour and hints of red fruit and licorice.
